Santa will be taking some time from his busy schedule to visit us at The Barn on Friday, November 22nd! He will be helping our guests decorate gingerbread cookies and then will read us a Christmas story. Following the story, he will take time with each guest to review their Christmas list and pose for a photo. Please bring your phone or camera to snap your own memorable photos of the evening! This is a great opportunity to avoid long lines and enjoy a personal experience with Santa! The cost is $20 per guest. If a parent/adult is accompanying a child, only a ticket for the child is required. If you have any questions regarding this event, please email email@example.com

On May 20 and 21st from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Salem County is hosting a FREE self-guided driving tour of 60 artists at 27 locations. There will be a variety of fine art, pottery, sculptures, paintings, jewelry, and glass along the tour. This year’s theme is “Through Our Looking Glass”, a celebration of Salem County’s history as the birthplace of glass-making in the USA!
We are excited to be on the tour this year. Join us at The Barn (site #9) for honey tasting, live painting by local artist Mary Wolfe, and blacksmithing demonstrations by Blacksmith Ken Blades! While at The Barn, you can shop for all of your honey needs and one of a kind finds by: Educators for Change, Rag & Bone Farm, and naturalist Shawn Vazquez. We will have an observation hive on display (weather permitting) for you to see our bees at work through our looking glass.
If you would like more information about the tour, visit www.artsinbloomnj.com.
We hope to see you at The Barn!
We are excited to announce that we have our first harvest of the season and once again have honey available for purchase! Our honey is extracted in small batches so we will be labeling each bottle with a “bottled on” date, along with a batch number. We have available: 1lb glass jars ($8.00), 1lb plastic squeeze bottles ($8.00), and 2 oz bears/hex glass jars ($2.00). If you would like to purchase honey or any of our other natural beeswax products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set a time for pick-up at the honey shop. Our honey shop, located in the barn at 99 Frog Ocean Road, is set to open soon this summer. We will be sharing more details about the shop as the grand opening approaches.
Thank you for supporting your local beekeeper!
